With school starting soon and so much to think about, let's take some time to stretch and relax. We will begin by learning the meditative exercises. These exercises come from Falun Dafa, a spiritual practice rooted in the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance (falundafa.org). After the exercises, we will discuss some tips on balancing student life. No prior experience required!
