I Am Not Your Negro (DICE)

Time: Monday, December 4, 2017 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Location: Multicultural Center Alonso Family Room

Join us for a screening of I Am Not Your Negro. One of the most acclaimed films of the year and an Oscar nominee for Best Documentary, I Am Not Your Negro envisions the book James Baldwin never finished. The result is a radical, up-to-the-minute examination of race in America, using Baldwin's original words, spoken by Samuel L. Jackson, and with a flood of rich archival material.

This screening is made possible by a partnership with Indie Lens Pop Up, an affilitate of PBS and part of the Independent Lens series. A discussion will take place after watching the film.

This event also counts for 1 DICE Credit toward your DICE Certificate. More information about DICE and how to earn credits can be found here:
