Shipping and Receiving

Are you hosting or attending an event at the Ohio Union? Vendors and event participants can arrange for access to the Ohio Union’s loading docks to receive shipments and packages by filling out the Vendor Access Form below, which contains detailed instructions.

In order to ensure your shipment arrives at the correct destination once at the Ohio Union, please fill out the shipping and receiving form below. A copy of this completed form is emailed to our shipping, receiving and security manager Adrienne Gladish at 614-247-7467 or gladish.2@osu.edu. Additional questions can be directed to Adrienne via email or phone.

Please note: All drivers entering the loading dock must wait until the overhead doors are completely raised before entering the dock.
