All registered and active organizations may use the resources and supplies in the SOURCE. Some supplies are available on a limited basis to help ensure availability of these items for all organizations. A/V equipment is available for check out by any registered student leader. Please click here to access the SOURCE Equipment Check Out Policy.
SOURCE Resources are intended to be used only for meetings, programs, events, and activities directly related to the student organization. Resources are not intended for personal use.
Each Active student organization receives 1,500 points per quarter to be used. Points do not roll-over from one quarter to the next. Any unused points will be lost at the end of each quarter.
SOURCE point values and all current resources are described, and can be downloaded and printed, from the document at the top of the page.
The student organization Graphics Department provides services to student organizations that include the design of materials to be printed such as t-shirts, flyers, banners, posters, letterhead etc.; logo and icon design; consultations for projects; and pricing for printing. Coca-Cola Leadership Retreat Packages
The Ohio Union is proud to partner with Coca-Cola to provide outstanding leadership development opportunities for student organizations. At this point, funding for Leadership Retreat Packages is not confirmed and so applications are not yet available. We are hopeful that this will be resolved soon so that retreat packages can be made available.
Although financial support is not available at this time, Ohio Union staff can help you plan and implement your retreat utilizing campus-based resources. We can:
- Consult with you on the overall agenda and goals for your retreat
- Help select or design activities
- Provide facilitators (staff or trained students through Student Leadership Advocates) for portions of, or your entire retreat
- Supply equipment and resources that are available to all student organizations through the Ohio Union
If you have specific questions, or would like to set up a consultation meeting to discuss your retreat plans and available assistance, please contact Jen Pelletier or call 614-292-8763.
