Is your student organization looking for a location to hold a meeting or an event/program? The Ohio Union is here to help! Check out our list of resources below. Additional questions can be directed to an Ohio Union Event Planner, eventplanner@studentlife.osu.edu, (614) 292-7531.

Resources for student organizations:

• Request a room reservation. Click here.
• View available classroom spaces. The Ohio Union can schedule classroom buildings around campus. Click here to see a list of schedulable rooms and buildings on campus.  Click here to see when rooms are available. You can even look up a specific room by clicking here - choose the room from the drop down box and click to get room detail information.  Please note that we can not schedule for the following buildings: Drinko, Hughes, Parks, Postle, Newton, Sullivant, Shoenbaum, Weigel or any of the College of Medicine buildings. 
• Request additional equipment. The Ohio Union Events To Go is able to provide furnishings and services and bring them to you!
• Find alternative event spaces. View the Ohio Union Event Facilities Booklet, a list of other spaces on campus and in the Columbus area that may be able to host an event or meeting for your organization.
• Scheduling an outdoor event. To schedule an outdoor space such as Browning Amphitheatre, the Main Oval, the South Oval or Wexner Plaza, use the Buckeye Events Network. Please allow at least 2 weeks to get approvals. View the Oval Rules for events specifically on the Oval.
