Registration
We are so glad you are registering your new organization with the Student Activities Office and the SOURCE. Before you begin, review the information on this page to learn more about the registration process, requirements, and benefits.
Once you are ready to register your organization you will need the following basic information:
1) At least 5 student members 2) All leadership names and contact information for 3 student leaders (including OSU name.#) 3) Faculty or Staff Advisor name and contact information (including OSU name.#) 4) Organization purpose statement and mailing address 5) An electronic copy of your constitution in either PDF or Word format. If you need a paper copy of your constitution, please come to the Student Activities Office and we will make you a copy. An sample constitution can be downloaded HERE for your reference.
Click here to be taken to the registration pages to start your new student organization. Please note, this is only for NEW organizations who were not registered in 2004-05.
If your organization was registered in 2004-05, you only may renew your organization, and update information throughout the year, by using the “Manage Your Org” link on the left.
