Student organizations at The Ohio State University provide students with opportunities to get involved in a wide variety of interest areas including academic, social, religious, artistic, service-based, and many more. There are over 800 registered student organizations that involve many thousands of students.
The Student Organization Resource Center (SOURCE) and its staff support student organization registration, funding, and programming throughout the year. Use the links on the left to access the resources and information you need, or contact the SOURCE for more information.
The Student Organization Registration "New Year" begins May 1. This means that all student organizations may begin renewing their registration with the SOURCE for the following academic year after this date. Organizations that wish to continue to stay registered and active with the SOURCE must complete all renewal requirements between May 1 and October 15. Renewal Requirements include:
