Virtual EMS is an online component of EMS (Event Management System) that allows you to submit your event requests over the internet!
What can I do with VEMS?

Check the online calendar.

Check the availability of Ohio Union spaces and request meetings or events.
How do I schedule a space?

Go to www.ohiounion.com/vems

Under "my account" click on "create an account", then create a user profile, refresh your browser and click the reservation tab at the top of the page to begin!
May I request a space before I know all of the details of my event?

Sure! As soon as an event request has been submitted, you can work with your Event Planning Coordinator to alter/add any details.
