Meeting & Event Services

Make a Reservation

This form will allow you to request Classroom Space from the Ohio Union Event Services Office. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email if the event is able to occur. If not, an event planner will be in contact with you to work out alternate arrangements. If you have a particular Classroom Space you are looking for, please note that in the "Preferred Location" section. If you are wanting to book space in the New Ohio Union, please visit www.ohiounion.osu.edu/vems or email eventplanner@studentlife.osu.edu.

PLEASE NOTE: We can not begin booking Classroom space for each quarter until the Office of Scheduling has finished putting classes, midterms, etc into the system.

On-line requests must be received at least 72 business hours before your requested event. It is strongly recommended that you place your request at least 14 working days prior to your event to ensure service availability.
Requests are typically processed 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Please see our building hours for days we are closed.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are first-come, first-served.
If you are a student organization wishing to book an outdoor space, please use BEN (Buckeye Event Network) www.ben.osu.edu
