The Multicultural Center’s Intercultural Leadership Series (ILS) focuses on interculturalism and post-Baccalaureate pursuits like job search and graduate school. ILS is a monthly lunch dialogue for students designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of how to work more effectively in intercultural settings.  ILS will address attitudes, awareness, knowledge and skills as central aspects to developing intercultural competence, and participants have the unique opportunity to engage in conversation with others from diverse backgrounds who share their commitment to increasing their own intercultural competence.  Come learn why diversity matters and how interculturalism can serve you!  The meal is offered at no charge, but does require a RSVP to Kaycee at kcarson@studentlife.osu.edu or 614-688-8449.
